Help! We Have Help! – This package is for those businesses that are currently using Independent Contractors (ICs). We spend an hour discussing your current contractors (what they do & how they do it) and your current practices & policies. Then, we’ll let you know where your biggest red flags are flying and leave you with a 5 point t0-do list to help bring you into compliance.

Full Worker Classification Audit – This is a full audit of your Independent Contractors. We take every agency that has jurisdiction over your business and review your paperwork, practices, policies, conduct research, create a full report, create audit files for each contractor, advise you if workers need to be reclassified, and provide action lists for items that need tweaking to make current classification cleaner. Due to the nature of this service, pricing is determined on a case by case basis. Businesses that purchase either of the Help! packages listed above within 30 days of their packages being completed, will have the amount paid deducted from their audit price.
